Bid No: GTA 02- 2013/14



Tender Description:Service providers or consortia with relevant and appropriate skills, experience and empowerment profiles are invited to submit proposals to Gauteng Tourism for the following:
  • Development and implementation of change Management Framework to align to the merger integration plan,
  • Harmonisation of a single set of conditions of service and review current HR policies and develop new HR strategy and policies for the merged entity,
  • Review, develop and align all job profiles to the approved organisational structure for the merged entity,
  • Evaluate and grade all positions in the approved organisational structure,
  • Develop a pay-line and salary benchmarking in terms of the approved Remuneration Strategy,
  • Assist in the process of matching and placing of employees in the approved Organisational Structure in terms of the developed and approved Competency Framework.
Tender Brief Session:A compulsary briefing session will be held on the 11 November 2013 at 124 Main street, 9th floor, at 10H00, Johannesburg.
